I have been blessed to travel all over the world, seeing some wonderful things and meeting wonderful people. My goal is to make my small part of the world interesting, real and of value to others.
I thought it would be nice to have a smattering of family pictures, from all over. Southern and Northern Utah, some from exotic places, babies, growing grandkids. Family is so central to life, isn't it?
I had a chance to see some animals, in a park near Johannesburg, South Africa. The alligators were sunning themselves, and I would guess there were 80 or so of them, just below us under the walkway. The wild dogs seemed to be just like tame dogs, until they smelled blood, and then they became a polished killing machine. It was almost surreal to see the transformation. The lions were resting, and I guess they had learned that the chain link fence was both their protection and ours. They are wild, but had gotten used to seeing their food, (us) just out of range.
